La Jolla Art Association hosts reception for Variations of a Theme

A public reception for a new exhibit of works by La Jolla Art Association members inspired by the late Joquin Sorolla, will be held 5:30-8:30 pm. Saturday Oct. 29 at art association, 8100 Paseo del Ocaso in La Jolla Shores.

There will also be live Spanish music and entertainment along with wine and paella. The paintings will remain on exhibit through Nov. 6. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Sunday. For more details, call (858) 459-1196 .
