Participants included representatives from the school’s AP Environmental Science classes, Treehuggers Club, ASB, LJHS Interact and people who saw the event o the Moving Planet website.

Ryan said that while the larger event was intended to focus on climate change, “the La Jolla event was aimed more narrowly at getting more people to bike because more people biking means less pollution, less traffic congestion, and more  people exercising and having fun.”
