In this rendition of the October 6 CPA meeting, there are quotes from Riford Board president Glen Rasmussen who wasn't even there but says it's all up to the City now. CPA trustee Joe La Cava's quoted disavowal of any position on this controversy makes him sound like Pontius Pilate. Riford Board architect and code-talker Michael Morton essentially thumbs his nose at the process of community review, hearings and approvals. But not one word from a representative of the Bonair Neighbors? It's like "Rashomon:" see my letter to the editor describing the scene.
