I have lived in my 22ft superior RV bus for 4 years after a robbery / home invasion in Chico left me too freaked out to ever want to live in a house or apartment again....ever... My bus is classic,clean and shiny and my own aesthetics are acceptable or whatever yet I have been threatened with homelessness by the police of every beach side town I have lived in. Being displaced makes me anxious to tears. I feel despised and truly homeless. Whats mind twistingly ironic is that the police are the only people out on your streets I know are not going hurt me. Can you imagine someone banging on your bedroom door at random and angrily telling you to move all of your stuff into the guest room in 5 minutes or they are going to throw you out onto the street? I don't live out here with my 180 degree living window under a microscope of scrutiny to teach you all compassion but it is sometimes the result. A vehicle is considered to be inoperable when it is wrecked, burned, dismantled, when it lacks a motor, transmission, or wheels, when it is on blocks, or when it is otherwise incapable of being driven upon the highways in conformity with the requirements of the California Vehicle Code. (i)It is unlawful for any person to park an unattached semitrailer or auxiliary dolly on any street except for the purpose of loading or unloading it.
