Las Patronas hosted its 65th annual Jewel Ball benefit gala on Aug. 6 at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. With the theme “Sapphire,” the evening’s décor and events were inspired by the ocean deep and included food, drink and entertainment by the Liquid Blue band and “sea creature” aerial artists.
