		<description>A 10 foot wide easement is impossible down the stairs at Children&#039;s Pool, The City has to restore the ramp path it has allowed to deteriorate and unlock the gate across it.  It never had a permit to lock that gate.  That is a historic access route 10&#039; wide mentioned in the La Jolla Community Plan so the City is in blatant violation of the Coastal Act. </description>
