		<description>The reason she does not reply as will not the City Attorney or Parks and rec is the issue is toxic. She can&#039;t tell it like it is without embarrassing the City Attorney who rules San Diego.    I have run an unpermittedl table there.   The City Attorney goofed.   He is scared Bryan Pease will sue and it will cost a bunch of money, not that he can&#039;t win.  A loophole in the law allowing n0n-profits to operate without permits was taken out last year. </description>
