My niece sells native shoes and I thought as part of a markeing campaign I'd try to get their shoe sizes and get them each a pair of native shoes, but I was not allowed to interact with them. My kids thought it would be funny to try to interact with them, but they too were discouraged from doing so - it's rather staged and they are kept isolated. Everything is planned out ahead, the cast has no say in where they go or what they do. The were at the Firehouse in PB on Sat night, and have been going to Bird Rock Coffee, however they are not allowed in between 7-10am which is their busy times. The production crew pays bars up front to film there, none of which gets to the waitress or bartenders. They limit the amount of people allowed in when the cast is there, so it actually hurts the bartenders while the owners make te cash. Should be called Not the Real World.
