County Board of Supervisors have a less profound affect on those of us who live in cities (San Diego, Del Mar, Chula Vista, etc) nevertheless all layers of government affect our quality of life. La Jolla is currently in County District 3 (Pam Slater-Price). Should we stay or should we go?
