Isn't it a coincident that the stair way was closed when the rope next door at Children's Pool went up and only work can only be done after seal pupping season is over! The stairs were closed to allow seals to give birth on South Casa beach as well as Children's Pool, it is a documented fact that seals have pups born on South Casa beach for the last few years.
