Eugenia Garcia

Prudential California Realty recently announced that Eugenia Garcia earned the coveted President’s Circle award for 2010, an achievement that ranks her among the top 3 percent of the company’s 60,000 agents nationwide.

A native San Diegan, Garcia serves clients throughout San Diego County from her base of operations at Prudential La Jolla.

For Garcia, 2011 was the third consecutive year she was recognized with the President’s Circle award, and the third consecutive year she has placed in the top eight for the number of transactions for individual agents in the La Jolla office. The La Jolla office has consistently been the number one ranked office in San Diego for sales volume and has ranked in the top four offices nationwide for the past 11 years.

With over five generations of family members in the real estate industry, Garcia was literally raised in the business of San Diego real estate. She was Prudential’s “Rookie of the Year” award winner for 2003.
