On Jan. 28, The Children’s School in La Jolla presented its first ever Winter Sing concert, hosted by the fifth grade and arranged by music teacher Lauren McClean.

The theme for the performance was “Kids’ Choice” and prekindergarten through eighth-grade students sang an array of their favorite songs including “Say” from John Mayer, “Forever Young” from Rod Stewart, and “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” from Journey. The students closed the show waving glow sticks and singing a lively rendition of Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite.”
