La Jolla Boardroom director to lead career panel on Jan. 26

An interactive panel of leading career experts and human resource professionals will talk about what local companies are looking for in job candidates in a workshop on Jan. 26.

The program will be moderated by Grace Decker, founder and director of the Boardroom La Jolla. Panelists are from Right Management, Golden Eagle Insurance, Liberty Mutual Group, Qualcomm, Callaway Golf and the Center for Worktime Options.

The panel discussion will be followed by workshops on resume development and interviewing skills.

Registration begins at 8, with the panel at 8:30 and workshops from 9:40 to 10:50 a.m.

The program will be held at the office of the Jewish Federation of San Diego County, 4950 Murphy Canyon Road.
