Blue Apparel marks 1-year anniversary

Blue Apparel is simply a fun place to shop. The store located in the International Shops at 1237 Prospect St. offers the finest and largest selection of fashionable La Jolla apparel for the entire family. Stop in and you will find the perfect last minute holiday gift.

Blue Apparel is celebrating its one-year anniversary. Opened in December 2009, owners Karina Kaczynska and Jonathan Guevara wanted to provide La Jolla with an extensive selection of resort wear, specialty items and gifts to suit any budget. The couple had visited La Jolla many times on business while living in Nantucket, Mass.

With Karina’s background in retail management, they created Blue Apparel to fill the need of a store that provides quality merchandise which is both practical and fun, and that would become a shopping destination for visitors and locals alike.

When you go, check out the T-shirts. Working with local designers, Karina and Jonathan take top quality fabrics and add their own clever humor to the design process. In addition to the T-shirts, browse the selection of pullovers, hoodies, golf shirts, sunglasses, handbags, necklaces, as well as Rainbow flip-flops to experience the full extent of Blue Apparel’s merchandise. And don’t forget about the kids!  Blue Apparel specializes in very cute infant and children’s clothing.

So with the Holidays here, Blue Apparel has you covered for gifts for the whole family.  Stop in, say Happy Anniversary, Happy Holidays and leave with a cool piece of La Jolla.
