La Jolla Jewish community gathers for Grand Menorah Lighting Ceremony
Chabad of La Jolla and Charriol held their annual Grand Menorah Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 2 at 1227 Prospect St. The crowd that turned out partook of the music and sufganlot (jelly donuts) and enjoyed dancing, dreidels and arts and crafts as well as the annual Charriol Jewelry “throwout.”

Why not change the name to the Grand Candelabra Lighting Celebration so that non-jews in La Jolla can feel welcome to get involved as well?
