1,500 Chargers’ tickets left; blackout lifted

The only tickets still available for the Chargers-Raiders matchup on Dec. 5 are 1,200 Club tickets. Tickets may be purchased at the Chargers’ ticket office at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium, at www.Chargers.com and through TicketMaster at 800-745-3000.

Enough general tickets have been sold to lift the local television blackout and allow Southern California to see the live telecast. Kickoff is 1:05 pm PT.  Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will call the game for CBS Sports. The game can be seen in San Diego on KFMB-TV (Ch. 8) and in Los Angeles on KCBS-TV (Ch. 2).

The Chargers will don their popular alternate “Power Blue” uniforms for the first time this season. Sunday’s game also is the team’s annual Alumni Weekend, honoring the great athletes that have worn Lightning Bolts over 50 years of Chargers football. More than 75 alums will be recognized pre-game on the field.
