Maasai guide visits The Bishop’s School

Bishop’s School’s Global Education Initiative and Dr. David Moseley, religious studies department chair, organized a Bishop’s middle school program on Nov. 18 that brought Aardvark Safaris Maasai guide David Njapit to the La Jolla campus.

This was Njapit’s first trip out of Kenya and he shared his experiences and brought the Maasai life to middle school students in grades six through eight. Njapit created an interactive lecture about the Maasai culture, language and taught Bishop’s students Maasai dance moves.
