Registrar of Voters to stay open Saturday

By City News Service

The San Diego County Registrar of Voters office will be open Saturday for those wanting to cast their ballots before Tuesday’s general election.

“People are busy, so we try to offer as many options for voting as possible,” Registrar of Voters Deborah Seiler said.

“In addition to providing mail ballots and staffing polling locations, we are open the Saturday before the election to give voters the opportunity to cast their ballots or drop off their mail ballots.”

The Registrar of Voters office, at 5201 Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa, will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Voting begins at 7 a.m. Tuesday at 1,466 polling places throughout San Diego County.
