Contemporary style comes to the Muirlands

This unique contemporary estate is nestled in the Muirlands. Designed by Ken Ronchetti, the five-bedroom, seven-bath home radiates style, comfort and elegance. Ronchetti, famous for his contemporary style, took geometric designs, squares and triangles, to create this masterpiece. The entry is accented by waterfalls on either side of the massive square-designed wood and glass front doors that open up into the elegant great-room. A vanishing edge waterfall accents the great room. The squared-etched glass in the master bedroom window was carried through to the master bathroom shower doors, powder room and window and squares were designed into the doors between the bedroom/bath, the private office and the master bedroom. A triangle shape is not only cut out on the kitchen door but also is an accent in the kitchen granite walls. The massive floor-to-ceiling squared windows let in ocean vies and the lush outdoors, where Ronchetti’s triangular pool with its waterfall are surrounded by travertine patios
