Lectures to ease grief, separation start on Tuesdays

Clinical psychologist Maryanne Cordahl, Ph.D. will lead a seven-week course on divorce and relationship recovery, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, beginning Oct. 26 at La Jolla Presbyterian Church’s Life Center, 7715 Draper. The program will teach participants how to let go of the past and move forward. A $40 fee includes all materials.
Dr. Cordahl will also lead a Griefshare support workshop at the church for those who have recently lost a loved one, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 26 to Dec. 4. A $40 fee includes all materials.
