Young surfers join WindanSea tradition
More than 125 youngsters gave it their all on Sunday at La Jolla Shores in the annual Menehune & Junior Surf Contest. The event has been a WindanSea Surf Club tradition since the early 1960s, growing from a roster of 44 contestants to its current size, with competition in both shortboard and longboard divisions, according to age.
