From La Jolla With Love — MCASD gala a hit with guests
The theme was Bond. James Bond. And the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego treated its patrons to a Casino Royale at its annual Monte Carlo fundraiser Sept. 25 at the La Jolla museum, 007 Prospect. The evening’s entertainment featured cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dancing, and casino games and a nightclub post-party. Proceeds from the event will support the museum’s exhibitions and educational programs. The gala’s committee included Nancy Browar, Lee Clark, Karen Cohn, Olivia Farrell, Joan Jacobs, Mary Keough Lyman, Laurie Mitchell, Colette Carson Royston and Iris Strauss.
