La Jolla Riford Library hosted a Craft Bonanza on Aug. 11 that drew children and their families to a fun session of cutting, pasting and drawing.

The program is part of the Make A Splash Read! summer program that wrapped up that day. But it’s not the end of crafts programs, which are held at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays for preschoolers. Sessions for children ages 5-12 are planned for 2 p.m. Aug. 25 and Sept. 29. For details, go to lajollalibrary.org.
