Maurer named SagePoint manager

David W. Maurer has been named branch manager of the SagePoint Financial office in the La Jolla-UTC area.

He has worked for the firm since 1995 as a financial adviser and specializes in financial and estate planning.

The office is in the Regents Financial Center at 4180 La Jolla Village Drive.
