Fire hydrant causes flooding

According to a San Diego Police Department Dispatcher, a fire hydrant caused major flooding on the corner of Country Club Drive and La Jolla Knolls. The flooding began around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. Firefighters shut off the water supply to the hydrant about 5:55 p.m. Wednesday.
